Contact the office during office hours to arrange and pay for any pickup session at least one day in advance of the session.
Skaters wanting to pickup weekend sessions MUST make arrangements by the Friday before.
Refer to the Bulletin Boards for a list of closed sessions as skaters cannot pickup sessions classified as FULL.
Be qualified to skate at the level of the session they wish to pickup.
Not pickup more than 5 of the same session during the season.

Pickup fees are as follows:

$13.00/session for Oakville Skating Club Members
$16.00/session for nonOakville Skating Club members (Guest Skater Policy).

This procedure has been put in place to control the numbers of skaters on the ice at any session and to ensure the safety of all skaters. Coaches are reminded that the final decision whether a skater can pickup a session, is the responsibility of the office. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the office.
