Refunds and Cancellations
Policy for Learn to Skate Written requests for refunds must be received in the office by the business day prior to the third class. All refunds are pro-rated and are subject to an administration fee of $20.00 per skater. The Skate Canada membership fee of $31.00 and OSC membership dues of $50.00 are not refundable. Refunds requested due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a Doctor’s note. These refunds will be pro-rated but are not subject to an administration fee.
Policy for STARSkate Skaters Written requests for refunds must be received in the office no later than December 31, 2008. All refunds are pro-rated and are subject to an administration fee of $20.00 per skater. The $50.00 OSC membership dues, $31.00 Skate Canada membership and insurance fee and $80.00 Ontario Skaters's Promotional Contest ticket booklets is not refundable. Refunds requested for medical reasons must be accompanied by a Doctor’s note. These refunds will be pro-rated but are not subject to an administration fee.
Requests for session changes or cancellations must be made in writing. Session changes may be made with no additional administration fee prior to the start of programs. A fee of $15.00 will be charged for each request for session changes after the start of programs and for each session cancelled after registration.
